Ánima Village General Regulations

Welcome to Ánima Village. An outdoor destination that brings together brands, gastronomy, nature, art, and community.

To take care of the space and ensure a harmonious visit for everyone, we ask you to respect the following provisions. By entering Ánima Village, you agree to comply with them.

1. Coexistence and Respect

• Visitors must behave respectfully towards other visitors, collaborators, staff, brands, and artists at all times.

• Offensive, aggressive, or disruptive conduct that alters the order, safety, or experience of the space will not be permitted.

• In order to maintain a harmonious environment, Ánima Village, through the Administration, may require the departure of any person who does not observe the rules of mutual respect and healthy coexistence.

2. Care of the Space

• The architecture, landscaping, fountains, water mirrors, fire pits, bollards, travertine, lamps, and furniture are an integral part of the identity of Ánima Village and must be treated with due care.

• It is forbidden to move, misuse, climb on, or lean on the furniture, decorative elements, or facilities.

• Access to the terraces of stores that are closed is not permitted, as these are restricted and exclusive-use areas.

• Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the person who causes it and must be covered by their insurance. If they do not have insurance, the damages must be covered in cash to the administration on the same day they were caused.

3. Use of Hammocks

• Hammocks are intended exclusively for individual use.

• It is forbidden to stand, jump, or make sudden movements on them.

• Minors must use them only under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians.

• The use of hammocks is the responsibility of the user.

4. Smoke-Free Space

Ánima Village is a 100% smoke-free space.

• It is forbidden to smoke cigars, cigarettes, vapes, or any similar device within the facilities. Violation of this restriction obliges the offender to pay the fines imposed on them and, where applicable, on Ánima Village.

5. Fire pits

• Fire pits are elements of ambiance and decoration.

• It is strictly forbidden to manipulate the fire, throw objects, sit, or lean on them.

• Minors must keep away from the fire pits and remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

• The lighting and handling of the fire pits is exclusive to authorized personnel.

6. Pet Friendly

• Ánima Village is a pet-friendly space, so your pets (dogs and cats) and service animals are welcome.

• Pets must remain on a leash and under the supervision of their owners at all times.

• Owners will be responsible for picking up their pets' waste, as well as for any damage or incident they may cause.

• In case of aggressive or disruptive behavior, the administration may request the removal of the pet from the premises.

• In the event that a pet causes harm to other people, whether people or other pets and/or to the facilities, the owner of the pet will be entirely responsible for any damage, expense, or consequence arising from such incident.

7. Fountains and Water Mirrors

• Fountains and water mirrors are decorative elements.

• It is forbidden to enter them, touch the water, or throw objects.

• Leaning on, sitting on, or interacting with these elements is not allowed.

• Ánima Village will not be responsible for incidents caused by non-compliance with what is established herein.

8. Children and Minors

• Minors must remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

• Running, playing, or getting wet in the fountains and water mirrors, climbing structures, or engaging in activities that pose a risk to their integrity, that of other visitors, or that of the facilities is not allowed.

• Ánima Village assumes no responsibility for accidents, falls, injuries, or illnesses resulting from non-compliance with this rule.

9. Music and Atmosphere

• Background music has been selected to complement the sensory experience of Ánima Village.

• The use of speakers, amplifiers, or personal audio devices that interfere with the atmosphere of the space is not allowed.

10. Photography and Video

• Taking photos and videos for personal use with mobile devices is permitted.

• Images and videos captured within Ánima Village must not be used in a way that implies improper use of the brands, commercial names, image, information, or distinctive elements of the premises; the offender must respond for the damages caused in case of non-compliance.

• The use of professional cameras for photography or video is prohibited without the prior and express authorization of the administration.

• For the safety and privacy of our visitors, the use of drones or aerial devices is not permitted without prior authorization.

• Visitors acknowledge that Ánima Village may have cameras and video recording systems and express their full conformity with the use of these systems, which are solely for security, monitoring, and operation of the premises. Access to the space implies consent to be recorded, on the understanding that the images may be used exclusively for security, operational, or legal compliance purposes, and will be treated in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

11. Food and Beverages

• The consumption of food and beverages is permitted exclusively in the areas designated for this purpose.

• Only food and beverages from the establishments that are part of Ánima Village may be consumed.

• The entry of alcoholic beverages from outside the premises is prohibited.

• Neither Ánima Village nor the administration, its representatives, or agents will be responsible for incidents derived from the voluntary consumption of alcoholic beverages by the visitor.

12. Parking

• Parking is exclusively for visitors of Ánima Village.

• Vehicles must be parked only in the designated spaces and respect the existing signage.

• Obstructing accesses, exits, ramps, internal roadways, or reserved spaces is not permitted.

• Ánima Village is not responsible for thefts, damages, losses, or affectations to vehicles or for objects left inside them.

• The use of the parking lot is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

13. Escalators and Circulation

• The use of escalators must be done responsibly and in accordance with the signage.

• Running, playing, or sitting on them is prohibited.

• Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

14. Dress Code

• We invite our visitors to wear comfortable, appropriate attire that is in harmony with the environment, always favoring respectful coexistence. For the well-being of everyone and the care of the space, access is not permitted with clothing that is offensive, inappropriate, or not in accordance with a family and coexistence environment. The administration reserves the right of admission.

15. Operating Hours

• Access and stay at Ánima Village are governed by the established operating hours, which are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Visitors are invited to enjoy the space within the designated times.

16. Cleaning and Waste

• Deposit trash in the containers designated for this purpose.

• Let us contribute together to keeping the space clean and in harmony.

17. Activations, Events, and Commercial Use

• Any activation, event, meeting, or dynamic organized within the premises must have the prior and express authorization of the administration.

• The commercialization of any item unrelated to the brands that are part of Ánima Village is prohibited.

18. Lost and Found Items

• The care and safekeeping of personal items are the responsibility of each visitor.

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration to the belongings or personal items of visitors.

• Notwithstanding the above, in case of loss or forgetting of personal items, we invite you to approach the Ánima Village staff, who will check if the object in question has been handed over by one of the visitors or found by one of our collaborators.

• Objects found within Ánima Village will be kept in the designated module for a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

• After this period, the administration may dispose of them as it deems convenient.

• Ánima Village does not guarantee the preservation, integrity, or availability of lost items and assumes no responsibility for their loss, deterioration, or theft.

• In case of lost personal items, we invite you to approach the Ánima Village staff.

19. Signage and Restricted Areas

• Signage and area delimitation are an integral part of the design and operation of the space and must be respected at all times.

20. Safety and First Aid

• The entry of any type of firearm is prohibited.

• The use of skates, skateboards, scooters, or similar means of movement within the facilities is prohibited.

• The administration reserves the right of admission and permanence to people who are in inconvenient states or under the effect of narcotics.

• Visitors must comply with the instructions of the Ánima Village staff at all times.

• Ánima Village assumes no responsibility for accidents or incidents resulting from the improper use of the facilities or non-compliance with these regulations.

• Non-compliance with these provisions may result in the visitor being requested to leave the premises.

• In case of an accident, the visitor authorizes the Ánima Village staff to request medical or emergency services on their behalf, without this generating any responsibility for the administration for the assistance provided by third parties.

21. Civil Protection

• Visitors are obliged to comply with the signs and protocols for safety and evacuation in terms of civil protection, as well as to follow the instructions of qualified personnel, during an emergency.

22. General Provisions and Updates

• Ánima Village, its representatives, agents, partners, related parties, administrators, operators, and collaborators will not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss, accident, or affectation that any visitor may suffer, derived from the use of the facilities, activities carried out on the premises, or conduct of third parties. The visitor acknowledges that they access and remain on the premises under their exclusive responsibility and assumes the risks inherent to an open-air architectural space.

• Visitors are solely responsible for monitoring, safeguarding, and protecting all their personal and material property, releasing Ánima Village and the Administration, as well as their representatives, agents, partners, and related parties from any responsibility in this regard.

• Visitors who enter with minors are obliged to supervise them at all times, so they acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their safety, protection, and safekeeping, and expressly acknowledge that they are aware that Ánima Village has architectural elements, changes in level, escalators, slippery surfaces, bodies of water, hamacas, fire pits, and other ambient elements typical of the space's design, and voluntarily assume the risks associated with the use and transit within the premises, committing to use the facilities appropriately and in accordance with the instructions of the staff, releasing Ánima Village, its representatives, agents, partners, related parties, operators, and collaborators from any responsibility in this regard.

• Ánima Village will not be responsible for the suspension of activities, temporary closures, damages, or affectations derived from natural phenomena, electrical failures, earthquakes, rain, public order events, acts of third parties, vandalism, or other circumstances of fortuitous event or force majeure.
