Ánima Village General Regulations
Welcome to Ánima Village. We want to ensure your experience is enjoyable, so we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
Ánima Village is an open-air destination where architecture, nature, art, and community come together. These regulations are intended to preserve the integrity of the space and ensure a harmonious experience for all visitors.
Entry into Ánima Village implies acceptance and compliance with the provisions set forth herein.
Visitors must conduct themselves respectfully at all times toward other visitors, collaborators, staff, brands, and artists.
Offensive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior that affects the order, safety, or experience of the space will not be permitted.
In order to maintain a harmonious environment, Ánima, through its Administration, may request the removal of any person who fails to observe the rules of mutual respect and healthy coexistence.
The architecture, landscaping, fountains, reflecting pools, fire pits, bollards, travertine, lamps, and furniture are an integral part of Ánima Village's identity and must be treated with proper care.
Moving, misusing, climbing on, or leaning against furniture, decorative elements, or installations is prohibited.
Access to terraces of closed stores is not permitted, as these are restricted and exclusive-use areas.
Any damage caused by misuse shall be the responsibility of the person causing it and must be covered through their insurance. If no insurance is available, damages must be paid in cash to the administration on the same day the damage occurs.
Hammocks are intended exclusively for individual use.
Standing, jumping, or making sudden movements on hammocks is prohibited.
Minors may only use hammocks under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians.
Use of hammocks is at the user's own risk.
Ánima Village is a 100% smoke-free environment.
Smoking cigars, cigarettes, vapes, or any similar devices within the premises is prohibited. Violation of this restriction obligates the offender to pay any fines imposed on them and, if applicable, on Ánima Village.
Fire pits are decorative and ambiance elements.
Manipulating the fire, throwing objects into them, sitting on, or leaning against them is strictly prohibited.
Minors must remain away from the fire pits and under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.
Ignition and handling of fire pits are restricted exclusively to authorized personnel.
Ánima Village is a pet-friendly space; therefore, pets (dogs and cats) and service animals are welcome.
Pets must remain leashed and under the supervision of their owners at all times.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, as well as for any damage or incident caused by them.
In the event of aggressive or disruptive behavior, the administration may request the removal of the pet from the premises.
If a pet causes harm to other people, other pets, and/or the facilities, the owner shall be fully responsible for any resulting damages, expenses, or consequences.
Fountains and reflecting pools are decorative elements.
Entering them, touching the water, or throwing objects into them is prohibited.
Leaning on, sitting on, or interacting with these elements is not permitted.
Ánima Village shall not be responsible for incidents resulting from failure to comply with these provisions.
Minors must remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.
Running, playing, or getting into fountains and reflecting pools, climbing structures, or engaging in activities that may pose a risk to themselves, other visitors, or the facilities is prohibited.
Ánima Village assumes no responsibility for accidents, falls, injuries, or illnesses resulting from noncompliance with this rule.
The ambient music has been carefully selected to complement the sensory experience of Ánima Village.
The use of speakers, amplifiers, or personal audio devices that interfere with the environment is not permitted.
Photography and video recording for personal use using mobile devices is permitted.
Images and videos captured within Ánima Village may not be used in any manner that implies improper use of the venue's brands, trade names, image, information, or distinctive elements. Offenders shall be liable for any damages resulting from noncompliance.
The use of professional photography or video equipment without prior express authorization from the administration is prohibited.
For the safety and privacy of our visitors, the use of drones or aerial devices is not permitted without prior authorization.
Visitors acknowledge that Ánima Village may have cameras and video recording systems and expressly consent to the use of such systems solely for security, monitoring, and operational purposes. Access to the premises implies consent to being recorded, with the understanding that such recordings may only be used for security, operational, or legal compliance purposes and will be handled in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Consumption of food and beverages is permitted exclusively in designated areas.
Only food and beverages purchased from establishments that are part of Ánima Village may be consumed.
Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Neither Ánima Village nor the administration, its representatives, or attorneys-in-fact shall be responsible for incidents arising from the voluntary consumption of alcoholic beverages by visitors.
Parking is exclusively for Ánima Village visitors.
Vehicles must be parked only in designated spaces and in accordance with posted signage.
Blocking entrances, exits, ramps, internal roadways, or reserved spaces is prohibited.
Ánima Village shall not be responsible for theft, damage, loss, or any affectation to vehicles or for objects left inside them.
Use of the parking facilities is at the vehicle owner's own risk.
Escalators must be used responsibly and in accordance with posted signage.
Running, playing, or sitting on escalators is prohibited.
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
We invite our visitors to wear comfortable and appropriate attire in harmony with the environment, always fostering respectful coexistence. For everyone's well-being and the care of the space, access is not permitted with clothing that is offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with a family-friendly environment. The administration reserves the right of admission.
Access to and stay within Ánima Village are subject to established operating hours.
Visitors are invited to enjoy the space within the designated hours.
Please dispose of trash in the designated waste containers.
Let us work together to keep the space clean and harmonious.
Any activation, event, gathering, or organized activity within the premises must have prior express authorization from the administration.
The commercialization of any products unrelated to the brands that are part of Ánima Village is prohibited.
The care and safekeeping of personal belongings are the sole responsibility of each visitor.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of visitors' personal belongings.
In the event of lost or forgotten items, visitors are invited to approach Ánima Village staff, who will verify whether the item has been turned in by another visitor or found by one of our collaborators.
Items found within Ánima Village will be stored in the designated module for a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
After such period, the administration may dispose of them as deemed appropriate.
Ánima Village does not guarantee the preservation, integrity, or availability of lost items and assumes no responsibility for their loss, deterioration, or theft.
Signage and area delimitations are an integral part of the design and operation of the space and must be respected at all times.
The entry of firearms of any kind is prohibited.
The use of roller skates, skateboards, scooters, or similar mobility devices within the premises is prohibited.
The administration reserves the right of admission and permanence to persons in inappropriate conditions or under the influence of narcotics.
Visitors must comply at all times with the instructions of Ánima Village staff.
Ánima Village assumes no responsibility for accidents or incidents resulting from misuse of the facilities or noncompliance with these regulations.
Failure to comply with these provisions may result in removal from the premises.
In the event of an accident, the visitor authorizes Ánima Village staff to request medical or emergency services on their behalf, without generating any liability for the administration regarding the care provided by third parties.
Visitors are required to comply with all safety and evacuation signage and protocols related to civil protection, as well as follow the instructions of qualified personnel during emergencies.
Ánima Village, its representatives, attorneys-in-fact, partners, related parties, administrators, operators, and collaborators shall not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss, accident, or affectation suffered by any visitor arising from the use of the facilities, activities carried out on the premises, or the conduct of third parties. Visitors acknowledge that they enter and remain on the premises at their own sole responsibility and assume the inherent risks of an open-air architectural space.
Visitors are solely responsible for supervising, safeguarding, and protecting all personal belongings and property, releasing Ánima Village, the Administration, and their representatives, attorneys-in-fact, partners, and related parties from any liability in this regard.
Visitors entering with minors are obligated to supervise them at all times and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their safety and protection. Visitors expressly acknowledge that Ánima Village contains architectural elements, uneven surfaces, escalators, slippery surfaces, bodies of water, hammocks, fire pits, and other ambiance elements inherent to the design of the space, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use and circulation within the premises, undertaking to use the facilities appropriately and in accordance with staff instructions, releasing Ánima Village, its representatives, attorneys-in-fact, partners, related parties, operators, and collaborators from any liability in this regard.
Ánima Village shall not be responsible for suspension of activities, temporary closures, damages, or affectations arising from natural phenomena, electrical failures, earthquakes, rain, public order events, acts of third parties, vandalism, or other force majeure events.
